1 General Introduction

sk444 is an online gaming platform that provides slots, casino games, fishing games, sports betting, and various other entertainment gaming services for players in Bangladesh. The Platform uses SSL encryption technology to ensure secure transactions.

These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with Bangladeshi law. In the event of any dispute or disagreement, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through discussion. The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered authoritative.

2 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms shall carry the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — The sk444 website and all its associated services.
• "Player" — Any individual who has created an account on the Platform and is using its services.
• "Account" — A player's registered personal account through which the Platform's services are accessed.
• "Real Money Balance" — The actual amount of money deposited into a player's account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Credits awarded as promotional offers or rewards, subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount of bets required before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the process of verifying a player's identity.

3 Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Players must be at least 21 years of age to participate on the sk444 Platform. Use of the Platform by minors is strictly prohibited. The Platform may request valid identification at any time to verify age.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each player may operate only one account. If a single individual creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and funds may be forfeited.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, sk444 may request identity verification documents from a player at any time, which may include:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address
• Documents confirming ownership of the payment method

Withdrawal processing may be suspended until KYC is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at sk444 is ৳300. The Platform supports the following payment methods:

• Upay
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

All deposits are processed instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted — the payment method must be registered in the player's own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC is incomplete.

4.3 Currency

All transactions will be carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered players at sk444 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total ৳2,500
• Example 2: ৳14,000 deposit → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total ৳24,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

5.3 Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the offers page.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games — certain games may be excluded.
• No bonus may be withdrawn directly; the wagering requirement must first be completed.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, sk444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• VIP members will enjoy weekly cashback benefits according to their respective tier.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All games on the sk444 Platform are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology ensures that the outcome of every game remains completely unbiased and unpredictable.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game or server error occurs for any reason, sk444 reserves the right to void bets from the affected round and return the stakes. Abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors are not valid and sk444 may cancel them.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the specific rules of the relevant leagues and tournaments will apply. In the event of a match cancellation or event change, sk444 will settle bets in accordance with prevailing industry standards.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sk444 Platform:

• Money laundering or using the Platform to transact funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing the bonus system or collusion (coordinated fraud)
• Attempting unauthorised access to the Platform's software or servers
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other players
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

8 Personal Data Protection

sk444 places the highest importance on protecting players' personal data. Collected information is used solely for the following purposes:

• Account verification and management
• Financial transaction processing
• Fraud prevention and security assurance
• Customer service provision

9 Responsible Gaming

9.2 Cooling-Off Period & Self-Exclusion

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 At the Player's Request

Any player may request closure of their account at any time. Any existing balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10.2 At sk444's Initiative

sk444 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms
• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Failure to pass KYC verification or provision of false information
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions
• Involvement in prohibited activities

11 Limitation of Liability

sk444 is not liable for the following:

• Disruption to a game session caused by a lost or unstable internet connection
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the player's own negligence
• Service unavailability during unexpected technical disruptions or scheduled server maintenance

sk444 always strives to maintain service quality; however, under no circumstances shall the Platform's maximum liability exceed the original amount of the transaction in question.

12 Terms Changes

sk444 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, registered players will be notified by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as the player's acceptance of the new terms. The date of any terms change will always be mentioned at the top of this page.
